On 11 May 2009, their Company name was changed to Goodland Group Pte Ltd.Their Group is primarily engaged in property development and sale of residential properties in Singapore. As a secondary activity, They occasionally undertake construction works for some of their property development projects and are lessors of a number of shop units that are intended for eventual redevelopment and sale.
