The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands may be home to luxurious boutiques, but YU Cuisine, with its floor-to-ceiling glass facade, dramatic interior and luxe furnishings, easily fits in. The core of the business lies in traditionally prepared Hong Kong-style dishes, but presented in a modern, artistic fashion.
