National Dental Centre (NDC)

The government/public sector operates a National Dental Centre (providing specialist services and training) and 10 dental clinics spread throughout the island. The National Dental Centre, part of the SingHealth group of Hospitals in Singapore, aims to be a Centre of Excellence in the delivery of oral health care of the highest standards to its patients. It offers a unique environment for dental professionals. It is an institution with a full-service specialist dental centre.

The Centre has three clinical departments: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics and Restorative Dentistry including Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Periodontics and Prosthodontics. It also has a Research Resource Centre that supports its efforts towards clinical research and multi-centre trials. The Centre is an affiliated training institution of the National University of Singapore and participates fully in the undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programs.

In addition to providing services in the areas of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics and Restorative Dentistry, NDC's specialists also collaborate with other medical specialists to manage patients with complex oral needs such as undergoing radiotherapy treatment for head & neck cancers, corrective surgeries for patients with dentofacial deformities, and nerve injury repair procedures.

Implant Dental Centre focuses its practice on tooth replacement with dental implants. They are committed to restoring patients’ ability to chew efficiently without discomfort and for those who loose dentures, missing, crooked or discolored teeth kept you from the exquisite experiences of laughing, smiling or eating.
