THE FUTURE IS SMALL, ANA CORBERO
Ana Corbero’s sculptures are self-sufficient, humble yet authoritative monuments dedicated to reconciliation with the universe. The viewer is not here to validate but to bear witness. The sculptures let us see a snapshot of benevolent eternity, where the tragic dimension of life has been put to one side.

The Future is Small, Ana CorberoBe captivated by the sculpture installations of world-famous Spanish artist, Ana Corbero’. Entitled The Future Is Small, the works reflect the belief that children are our most beneficial sacred and spiritual healing models, for they are the ones that have to carry all our human legacies into the future, for good or ill.

Ana Corbero’s sculptures are self-sufficient, humble yet authoritative monuments dedicated to reconciliation with the universe. The viewer is not here to validate but to bear witness. The sculptures let us see a snapshot of benevolent eternity, where the tragic dimension of life has been put to one side.

Ana Corbero’ was born in Barcelona, Spain in 1961. Having graduated with a Masters in Fine Art from the Pratt Institute in New York , her works have been exhibited to great acclaim in London, New York, Barcelona and Beirut. This will be her first solo exhibit in Singapore

Singapore Tyler Print Institute (STPI) is an international publisher and dealer of fine art prints and works on paper. With its unique facility and dedicated team, STPI collaborates with outstanding artists from around the world to push the technical and aesthetic frontiers of printmaking and papermaking, creating edition prints and unique works on paper.
