Logisticians are constantly striving to achieve success in their supply chain management through operation efficiency at its lowest cost. Over the years, logisticians have widely implemented or Performance Based Contracting (PBC) initiatives to achieve the desired efficiency through the concept of 'buying' vendors' performance. However, while some practitioners have seen the successes of PBC, some witnessed failures in its implementation as well.

This event is segragated into 2 parts. PBC Concepts to Application + PBC Contract Management.

The PBC Concepts to Application class aims to teach on the principles of PBC in terms of concepts, usage and lessons learnt.
