In November 2008, the international waste industry will focus its attention on Singapore. This dynamic cosmopolitan city will be hosting ISWA/WMRAS World Congress 2008, organized by WMRAS, the Waste Management and Recycling Association of Singapore.

ISWA/WMRAS World Congress 2008 This annual event will continue to attract leading solid waste professionals, government officials, industry representatives, specialists, suppliers, engineers, consultants, representatives of community organizations and a host of other experts from around the world to share knowledge and experiences of sustainable waste management in an international forum.

Nearly 1000 participants are expected from more than 50 countries. This will be a unique opportunity to share the latest technologies, challenges, trends and opportunities among the fast expanding Asian markets and all other international markets. Singapore, the hub for international trade and gateway to the expanding Asian markets, is the best place to start and increase business in numerous business sectors and definitely for waste management in Asia.
