This is part of the Raffles City Complex which was designed by world-renowned architect I. M. Pei. The complex also houses two hotels, a variety of restaurants, a convention centre, the award-winning department store, Robinsons & Co, and numerous speciality shops such as Chinese Embroidery House on level three and Chinese Cloisonne Centre on level one. Watches, jewellery, electronics, optical goods and cameras are well represented.

Raffles Hotel Shopping Arcade

Of some 70 shops in the Arcade, five are operated by Raffles Hotel and sell good quality Raffles souvenirs, books, prints, teas and clothes. Of interest are Thos S.B. Raffles which specialises in gourmet food, Ludwig Reiter that sells handcrafted and custom-made shoes, and escentials, a personalised scent store.

Part of Shaw Towers, this centre is well worth the five-minute walk down Beach Road from Raffles City past Raffles Hotel. Several of the better-known boutiques specialising in casual clothings are headquartered here, making it a good place to shop for casual and sports wear. There are also a number of unusual shops selling items from collector comics to computer games.
